Sukkur Industrial Area Extension is conceived as a multi-modal commercial and industrial gateway at the confluence of three provinces (Sindh, Punjab, and Balochistan). It leverages the Sukkur-Multan M-5 Motorway and Sukkur-Hyderabad M-6 section to serve as a tri-provincial distribution and light manufacturing hub.
